Well, Cranks, once again we came out on the top end of the score card with a big win over the
Bedway’s club. This was our first
rematch of the second half of the season. The game was once again one of bats,
bats and more bats. Dylan Biever, one of our sluggers, claimed his sixth HR of
the season with a fine high hit ball over the fence. Congratulations, Dylan!
The rest of the club did an excellent job on the field and
pitching. We put the Bedway club to rest in the fourth inning, with our second
back to back 4 inning win.
Highlights of the
game included Brent Kaunas with a nice stand up triple and a double in his turn
at bat. Nate Dixon had a nice stand up triple to right field. Blake Lipko hit a
three run triple to add points to the score tally. All in all the boys all
played a fine game. Dylan Grace, Blake Lipko, Dylan Biever, Nate Dixon, Brent
Kaunas, Kyle, Troy T.J., J.T. and Andrew all had a fine game at bat and on the
field.
